1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Customer", "you") and SriGen Media Inc. ("SriGen Media", "we", "us"). By accessing https://srigenmedia.com, creating an account, or invoking our cloud APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2. Description of Services
SriGen Media provides an enterprise-tier cloud SaaS platform for automated multilingual neural video dubbing, spatial lip-sync alignment, generative vector storyboards, and multi-agent knowledge verification. Our infrastructure dynamically distributes computational inference across Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run) and Amazon Web Services (Bedrock, Lambda), served globally via Cloudflare Pages and Edge Anycast networks.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
We offer flexible subscription plans including Creator ($29/month), Pro Studio ($99/month), and Enterprise API ($499/month base). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
- Overage Billing: Usage exceeding the allocated monthly audio/video processing minutes is billed at agreed rates outlined in your dashboard tier.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.
- Refunds: Unused credits from enterprise SLA commitments are credited toward future processing cycles or refunded on pro-rata evaluation.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & AI Safety Guardrails
SriGen Media enforces rigorous ethical AI standards. You expressly agree that you will not use our services to:
- Generate non-consensual deepfakes, synthetic impersonations, or deceptively misattributed voice clones of real individuals without verified written consent.
- Disseminate unlawful, defamatory, hate-inciting, or abusive video/audio material.
- Circumvent or tamper with safety filters implemented via Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock Guardrails.
- Perform reverse-engineering, decompilation, or vulnerability stress-testing against SriGen Media's edge endpoints without prior written authorization.
Violation of this section results in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Ownership
You retain 100% unconditional ownership and commercial copyright to all video footage, audio files, and script assets you upload into SriGen Media, as well as all localized video outputs and synthesized storyboards generated by your requests. SriGen Media claims no copyright, proprietary interest, or training rights over your generated media.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability
SriGen Media targets a monthly service availability of 99.9% for Creator and Pro tiers, and 99.99% for Enterprise API contracts. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance via status alerts.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SRIGEN MEDIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CLOUD PARTNERS (GOOGLE CLOUD, AWS, CLOUDFLARE) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (for US/Global accounts) and the laws of India (for South Asian accounts), without regard to conflict of law principles.
