2. Strict Foundation AI Zero-Training Data Isolation Guarantee
Our foundational commitment to our enterprise, studio, and creator clients is absolute data isolation.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI: Customer video assets, audio transcripts, voice samples, and generated outputs processed through our Google Cloud Vertex AI instances (including Gemini 2.5/3 Pro and Imagen 3) are governed under the Google Cloud Enterprise Data Governance Agreement. They are never logged for training, used to tune foundational models, or shared across multi-tenant boundaries.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock): Customer data processed through Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Meta Llama 3.3) remains within encrypted Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). AWS does not use any customer data to train the underlying foundation models.
- Transient Processing: Temporary video frames extracted for Wav2Lip spatial alignment are immediately evicted from volatile memory (RAM) upon rendering and delivered directly to the client's designated storage bucket.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when registering for an account, configuring API keys, or using our generative localization tools:
- Identity & Account Data: Full name, company name, corporate email address, and billing contact details.
- Media Uploads & Prompts: Video clips, audio tracks, written dialogue transcripts, and prompt parameters uploaded for dubbing and localization.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, API request latency, token consumption count, and referral URLs collected via Cloudflare edge logs.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance: To provision our SaaS services, render localized media, process subscription invoices, and fulfill our contractual commitments.
- Legitimate Interests: To detect fraud, mitigate DDoS attacks via Cloudflare WAF, and guarantee the operational stability and security of our multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with mandatory tax, accounting, and regulatory statutory reporting requirements.

7. Security & Encryption Standard
SriGen Media enforces military-grade cryptographic protocols across every tier of our stack. All communications in transit are guarded by Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Media assets and tokens at rest are encrypted with AES-256 via customer-managed keys (BYOK) on AWS KMS and Google Cloud KMS.
